WHAT I AM DOING TO HELP KEEP YOU SAFE & HEALTHY
I want you to feel as safe as possible when you come into my treatment space. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask me. I don’t mind at all. The reason I am providing this information is so that you can make an informed decision about your care. Below are some of the protocols that I have in place to help keep you healthy and mitigate risk of illness & infection:
- Virtual Health Screening before each client enters the office and In Person Screening on arrival.
- Strict cleaning protocols, including disinfecting surfaces (massage table, door handles, chairs, light switches, sink, etc.) between appointments.
- Appointments are very spaced out, allowing time to disinfect thoroughly and air out the room.
- I have a Central Whole Home HEPA (air purification) System, and temperature permitting, I keep the treatment room window open to improve air flow. (There is a screen outside the window for your privacy.)
- An ASTM Level 3 mask is part of my uniform. Disposable medical masks are available for clients who would like to wear one.
- I have completed the Infection Prevention and Control Courses from Ontario Public Health.
- All members of my household are fully vaccinated.
WHAT TO EXPECT FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
I will send you a couple of health screening questions the day before your massage. Please answer them before arriving to your appointment. If you are not feeling well, please be honest. I do everything I can to keep you safe & healthy, and I hope you will do the same for me. I will never charge a missed appointment fee if you are sick. I just ask that you give me as much notice as you can.
Please try to arrive as close to your appointment time as possible. If you are more than 10 minutes early, please text me before coming in to make sure that everything is disinfected and ready for you.
